New Appointment to ICETRAVEL360

Czech, Republic – March 13, 2023 – It is with great excitement to announce the promotion of Marianne Shokry to Senior Client Services Manager for our brand ICETRAVEL360, the first to serve in this new role. Marianne has over a decade of experience creating and maintaining effective client relationships, managing customer and internal employees, and handling all aspects of transportation, hotel, events, missions and travel booking responsibilities. Marianne joined Al Thuraya Consultancy™ in 2016 and is now promoted to Senior Client Services Manager of our subsidiary company called ICE24™ in March 2023.

Marianne will provide direction and oversee operations as a Senior Client Services Manager. In addition, she will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

· Manage organizations and private client travel requirements while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs

· Formulate logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions

· Fully service all inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation

· Respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately
