JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting an experienced and highly organized and rigorous administrative assistant to help us with our daily administrative tasks. You will be working in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our corporate office located in Madrid Spain. You are self-motivated, quick-thinking, and flexible, and can juggle multiple responsibilities while staying organized and focused on execution. You are diplomatic, you consistently exercise good judgment, and you demonstrate significant initiative in a demanding and fast-moving workplace.


Locations: Madrid Spain


Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and secretarial globally-wide support.

  • Ensures records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

  • Performs administrative and office support activities.

  • Supports Internal business processes for all Al Thuraya Consultancy Locations from Madrid, Spain

  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries.

  • Involved in the onboarding of vendors, follow up and communications.

  • Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner.

  • Creates and updates records ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office administrative experience.

  • Work well under pressure; perform daily duties with minimal supervision.

  • Self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative setting

  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information.

  • Highly organized, responsive, and effective at prioritization

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Embrace and Champion the Al Thuraya Culture

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent oral, written communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish as well as English

  • Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Highly organized and flexible.

  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.

  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.

  • Maintains confidentiality.
